i know its in the solenoid switch but i dont know how to wire it since the instructions dont say

First off are you sure it is not the bendix in the starter hanging up?

Look at the existing one - carefully mark the wires, and the new one goes in the same way.

If you can't figure it out - you can try looking online for a diagram, or get a manual for it at an auto parts store.

If you aren't mechanically inclined, you might want to let someone else do it for you so you don't destroy anything.

Before you replace, make a note of how it was wired. Take a picture if you have too.

The solenoid should have an "S" and "I" on it . If in doubt, guess. If wrong, it won't start. Bob H
