I suffer OCD, depression & anxiety, & I'm very sensitive & my feelings get hurt easily. With my OCD, I can't help repetitiously obsessing over what mean words people have said to me. & I get so worried about what people say that I can't focus on my tests in school & end up failing. & I can't just get over what people say like other people can.

& people don't understand my daily struggle with OCD & think I dwell on stuff because I "want" to. & they think I'm just crazy.

I am sure it is hard. Many of us have trouble getting over things; I didn't realize how much harder OCD made it.

You may need to avoid negative people as much as you can. I know this is hard to do in life, but in your personal life, please try to avoid the negative people. I have started to do that and am much happier now. I can't "shake it off" like other people can.

When people are mean and nasty, it is their problem NOT yours. Nothing is wrong with you.

Im Kinda The Same Way.
Its Always Going Through My Head What People Think About Me.
And I Try To Be Perfect.
But About A Month Ago Some People Were Calling Me Fat..
Lk I Weigh 105 And I Wear Size 0.
I Know Im Not Fat,
But Still Theres That Obsession.
I Wound Up Being Anorexic Because Of What People Said,
Even Though i knew!
But Thats All Behind Me.
What i Do Is Take Some Time For Myself,
And I Kinda Just Let Pressure Build Up,
And I Think About All My Stress At One Time,
Just Cry For A Good 2-3 Hrs,
And Then I Feel Free And Stupid Like Everything I Was Obsessing About Isnt A Big Deal.
So Just try To Concentrate (I Kno Its HARD!!).
And Find A Way To Not Think About It,
Take A Good Nap,
Talk To Friends,
Play A Game,
Go SHOPPING!
Anything That Relaxes You.

But Dont Even Worry About It,
Nothing's Wrong With You.
Alot Of People Suffer From This Kind Of Stuff.

Anyways Good Luck.
I Hope All Is Well.

You need medication and therapy. You cannot stop the OCD yourself, but there are a lot of good medications that can. The same ones will treat your depression. Then when your mind is functioning properly, talk therapy will help with the rest. Get your parents to take you to the doctor.
