Typically the gallbladder pain referral pattern is to the right shoulder, so it is probably not due to that. Though you are just over two months into your pregnancy your weight and body is changing every day. Each day you have a different center of gravity, so your muscles need to accommodate for that. This is probably the reason for your low back pain. I suggest you see a chiropractor for the pain. If you can find a doctor who practices Webster technique, or Logan Basic technique, these are two low force techniques that are very helpful through pregnancy. Try calling around before you set up your appointment to be sure they utilize one of these techniques, because not all chiropractors are the same. The contact/adjusting procedures are somewhat personal, but still much less than an OB appointment. Best of luck

it's possible to hurt in the back from gallstones, but usually you Hurt in the front on the right side. you're going to have to see your medical doctor to find out what is going on. Because you're pregnant it's important you have this checked out as soon as possible.
