I mean the bit that says, lived in, year range. I cant get on with it, and I am thinking of cancelling my account.

I have the global collection account, and I have to say I'm with you on this one it is RUBBISH, and I to am going to cancel.

I have a World Deluxe account at the present time. On that homepage, for the "lived in" line, you have to choose a country from the drop-down menu when you click on the down arrow. Then, enter a year range (like 1850-1900) and click Search. It will list only those people with those characteristics (like only "John Doe from Scotland, 1850-1900" will be shown and in the categories he's in (census, military records, land records, etc

i tried it for the free trial but couldnt figure the bloody thing out.

Couldnt even trace my parents
