What is a the correct tip for a limo driver from Las Vegas airport to Caesars?

I am comped the limo but I want to tip the driver the correct tip. What is the norm and what does a driver expect?

$20 is great if he takes all your bags and both ends of the ride.
if he makes you lift any bag cut him to a $5 and he will know his failing

Tip 20% of the cost of the ride. So if the ride is $50 tip $10

About 15% to 20% no differnt than going out to eat and leaving a tip.
