What does anyone have to say that is so important that they need to gab on the phone while going 70mph? It should be illegal. They are accidents waiting to happen

i totally agree. i hate it when people talk ton their cell when driving too! escpecially if the person is driving the car im in! its soo annoying. i guess they really think its important or think its harmless. probably thats why they made bluetooths? i think it is like kinda illegal i heard some people got tickets/fines if they get caught talking on the phone while driving, im not sure though. i feel so insecure when people do this. its really annoying. good question

Did you just got your license??? I mean don't you know it's always have been illegal to use cell phones while driving.. It's illegal in most of the countries!! You need to go out more.

Well, I don't like it either...
It is illegal too.
Accidents may happen...
Just say "Sorry, I'm going to have to ask you to put your cell down please. It makes me seriously uncomfortable..."
If the person kicks you out of the car, swears at you, and leaves you on the pavement alone, it's okay. You could have saved yourself from a broken neck and a fractured rib.
