This neighbor is noisy and has loud parties and also smoke's in the apartment. Lately they have been yelling at us and telling us they will smoke where they want. What should I do, beside's notify the land lord?

Sounds like where I live, I told the management, I've called the police also. I do worry about the after affect this will have, but hey enough is enough, I have my cell phone and pepper spray with at all times.

Well... They should have some noise law.. after 9 or 10 it has to be down or call the police... they can get a ticket for disturbing the peace. Also if they are doing anything else that they are not supposed to... they might get busted. I would also contact the land lord.. but if smoking is permitted.. you cannout control the ammount of smoking someone does...

Call the Police and the Management company everyday until the noise stops. Obviously these people have no consideration for other people. Their Mama may not have taught them any manners, but you can!
