Wicca is a religion. Witchcraft is a practice.

I'm Pagan, and a witch. But not Wiccan. And not all Wiccans practice witchcraft, ergo are not witches.

I am both.

ALl Wiccans are witches. Not all witches are Wiccans.

Wicca is a specific religion that practices withcraft.

Witchcraft is not a religion, it is the practice of emotionally based folk or low magic.

One can be ANY religion (or none) and also a witch.

Edited to add:
As much as I respect some of hte other answers, I will add here that the practice of witchcraft is one of the defining elements for Wiccans. It is part of the expression of a Wiccan to commune with the natural forces in such a way. A Wiccan who never practices magic is not only rare, but a little like a Christian who never prays. Or an Atheist who doesn't use logic. Sure, I suspect it happens, but not what a person would call a clear example of the faith.

Ergo - all Wiccans are also witches.

Wicca is a religion founded in the 1950s by Gerald Gardner. It is a mystery religion, meaning that one must be initiated to be taught. It reveres nature, and is vaguely pre-Christian Celtic recconstructionist, with a bit of Golden Dawn flavoring from Crowley. It is one of many neo-pagan religions.

I am a Wiccan witch. Witchcraft is a technique in the same way that prayer is a technique, and can be used in many different religious contexts; Wicca is one of the religions in which witchcraft is frequently practiced.

Witchcraft is a tool.
I'm not a witch OR wiccan, but I am Pagan.
We come in all flavors. The faith is MUCH more complicated then most people think or believe.

I am a Wiccan.

Calling me a Witch is inaccurate. Witch refers to hundreds of different things, Wiccan to one.

The religion Gardner tried to reconstruct was only called Witchcraft by its enemies.

I am inclined to agree with Taween, although I do consider myself Wiccan.

I am very dedicated to my Gods and Goddesses (or "Spirit", as some prefer...) and am skilled in the Craft of old. I do not, however, believe that magick should be used for any and every little thing, and utilize these practices in stride. I participate in ritual during Sabbats and Esbats, meditate, pray, and do my part to care for the Earth. I follow no specific tradition, however, an so consider myself eclectic.
