Is it normal to get a head ache from taking Sam E?

I very rarely get headaches, maybe 1 a year, but since taking Sam E I've been getting headaches and a pain in my shoulder.

It's not the norm to get a headache from the supplement. That does not mean that you are not having an adverse reaction to it. I recommend you stop taking this immediately and see if your Pain stops. If it does you know that you have some sort of allergy to this supplement and not use it again .
