it means that you'll have to do an extra good job of washing your hands!!!!!!!!! (don't forget under the fingernails)

1. Very inexpensive one ply toilet paper. (Let the moths out of the wallet once in awhile)
2. You don't know your own strength. (The gym membership is helping)
3. You are in a public restroom struggling to pull tp out of a super-protective holder that does not want to let go. (another upper body workout)
4. You are used to using something more substantial such as leaves or the Sears Wish Book and do not have the finesse to use "real" tp....(kidding)
5. You are going to need to scrub your hands with soap and hot water multiple times; using a nail brush and singing the recommended birthday song at least three times..... Happy Birthday to meeee....I don't want to catch a disease....happy birthday happy birthday and on and on....

Usually 3 things:
You need to trim your fingernails
You have purchased cheap toilet paper
You now have a stinky finger

It means you get a crappy finger. Also, change your brand of toilet paper for one that doesn't do this.

This often happens to the weaker brands of tiolet paper. Some brand of tiolet paper, aren't as strong as some others. Some companies make their tiolet paper so thin ans soft, it isn't strong enought to use.
