Are we talking about "drifting" or what?
You want your car set up dirt track lose but to tighten up as you reach the apex of the turn?
Good luck.

it comes down to arc angle with the radius of the turn and mass of your vehicle. There are other factors such as friction of tires on the so called contact patch, friction to the surface and type of surface of the road, and weight distribution and wheel base. You need to find the maximum centrifugal forces that these frictions can allow for keeping the vehicle in a steady state, in this case the force must add exactly to the function of the path of the track. It is not hard to do once you have gathered all the information. There are so many factors you have not given that your question is rather meaningless. Any answer is statistically irrelevant since the odds of your track matching exactly with the answerer's track is zero.
