You need a firewall Download zone Alarm from here:
http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp

So you can track incoming and outgoing traffic. with it's pop-up you can choose if a program allow to conect to internet, and see other inbfo such IP adress and location.
read the help manual to find out if you have problems.

Also by having the IP addres from zone alarm logfile, you can use this site:

http://whois.domaintools.com/194.250.194.40 to get detailed info foir IP address.

But that info include only the name and the location of the provider, not the person's location who maybe behind this.

But if you think that someone get data from you without your knoweledge, you can call or e-mail the company for abuse using the IP address. Their administrator maybe will help.

No you need to get Virus software, and set-up your Firewall. Someone is highjacking your computer because it is not protected.
They can actually send viruses and the recieving end thinks it's you, even though you don't know them or how it was sent. Some Internet Service Providers will send you an E-Mail and warn you and some will terminate your service untill you get it fixed.
