The Brazilian-Portuguese translation of that english question will serve as tagline for our event entitled "Cidade de Bossa" (City of Bossa). Kindly EXPLAIN your answer. We truly appreciate your expert help. Thanks!

The above answers are too literal translations, I think what you want is something of a more elaborate translation, one that transmits the idea but that sounds "catchy" in portuguese, here's my sugestion:

E você, está dentro?

Means exactly the same as are you part of it but sounds a whole better than just translating word by word of the english.
