Couldbe a reaction to the aspirin. I have to be very careful with all painkillers as they can make me feel very unwell. I even went through labour with no painkillers! lol! (unless you count 2 paracetamol and a few half hearted puffs of gair and air) . . .
How many did you take? My other half had a bad toothache once and was taking them every hour. He ended up shaking like a leaf and having bad panic attacks - he was so ill he had to come home from work!
Also some painkillers have caffeine added to them and this makes me shake really badly, another reason I try to avoid them unless I absolutely can't stand the pain.
Make sure you've had something to eat, taking anything drug wise on an empty stomach will make you feel bad.

since it was in the morning, could you have just been a little hungry? also, aspirin causes your heart to beat a little faster, and your breathing to speed up a little. the faster heartbeat could definitely cause you to be jittery and shaky. i think this happens to quite a few people actually. i would not worry unless other symptoms happen as well or unless you took way too much of it.

I suffered with something similar but without the shaking. I kept going hot and cold! It could be low sugar levels or an alergic reaction to something. Try seeing your doctor.
Get better soon!

Low blood sugar levels.
Get some cereal with sugar on it down your scrag or if you don't fancy that, a mars bar and a fizzy drink.
When did you last eat?

if its your first time ( taking aspirin ) maybe you are allergic or you took it with empty stomach, there are some med that are not to be taken with empty stomach, this maybe one of the reason or ask your doctor
