I think she has plans to stand behind that statement, and maybe will guarantee that they sell or buy them herself - however it will most likely be with our money!
Let's see if you get your wish - would be great with things so slow right now for home sales.

That is pretty funny.
I wouldn't count on it. The last real estate recession lasted about 5 years before prices hit their predrop level. We still have a long way to go down...maybe bottom will be next year some time.

Gee, in the old days, they would call you a SLUM LORD. Now it's just an opportunist trying to get the government to give you something that you haven't earned. Come to think of it, the Democrats have been doing that for years.
