As the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ does not have any sibling since "He is the only begotten Son." Even if you are going to say that He is a son of Mary, He is not still connected with the Virgin Mary because He was only given birth by Virgin Mary. The Lord Jesus Christ is the only Son of the Father, and strictly speaking, He does not recognize any mother. If you are reading the Bible thoroughly, the Lord Jesus Christ had been always calling Mary as "woman".

James Jose's and Salome(?). All Younger of course as Mom was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus.
James went on to do great miracles and teaching of Christ but didn't even believe in Him as God until after the Resurrection on Easter.

Certainly, since there was no birth control in those days, and having a only child was dangerous due to high infant mortality, it would be normal for him to have had many. The records and Biblical Gospels (there are others) are suspiciously quiet about Jesus' life and family, suggesting heavy editing. So unless there are more dead sea scrolls to be uncovered with some more reports, we will never know.

Younger brother, James.
I suppose that, if you go in for the virgin birth belief, he's only a half-brother.

[EDIT]
James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55)
Unknown number of sisters (Matthew 13:56)
