lately i have been going out with this guy we have done everything but i just dont like him how shood i dump him now i know this sounds like a girly Question and i shood be asking a girl but if you were being dumped not that you get dumped but if someone were to how would you rather have them tell you?

well sit him down tell him that you two have had some great times however things dont seem like to me that its going to work. Explain to him why in a nice way and he should understand. Hope everything works out well.

Most men are as emotional as you might think and it probably wouldn't hurt him to know that there's just no chemistry. It's better to tell him upfront and straight forward than allowing one more day to pass with him living a lie. Honesty is always the best policy.
Just say, "You know, I've thought about it and I just need to move on." Simple and to the point. And after you say it, leave without even looking back....so he won't get the impression that you're just trying to play hard to get or something.

Gently move on, but be nice about it. Since you have already been intimate that can make it more difficult if he really is falling for you, but on the other hand if he is a good Man he will understand as well.

Well its hard to do but tell him the truth, Tell him that the spark is not there anymore and that you have lost what you had with him. And that your sorry if he's hurt but you cant keep acting like you want to be with him. Be truthfull, and caring and it will all be ok

Why are you afraid to express yourself to him? Are you between some likes and dislikes? If so, go for dislikes and kick him off.
