Maybe the file is corrupted.
If it was on a CD then that part may have a mechanical defect like a scratch etc. Also you say the file was File:D:\data2.cab .That may mean you did not use the C: drive. If so is your D: drive properly configured?
Obtain a new CD.
My contribution.

Either the CD/DVD disk is defective (might need simply cleaning) or it has scratches on it, or the CD/DVD drive lens needs cleaning.

It's obvious that the CD/DVD drive can't read the CD/DVD disk when it reaches the bit that contains data2.cab.

There are CD lens cleaning kits available. It contains a CD with one or two little brushes on the playable side that you drop a drop of cleaning fluid onto. You then simply place it into the CD/DVD drive and play it. (It's normally got a sound track on there so you know it's playing.)

Since there is CRC check Error so its obvious that the problem from the installation media (CD, DVD, any) if the installation media is CD its clear that the disk is defected or if its new the data copied into the disk is corrupted.

You can't as some of the files are either missing or corrupted if it's one you downloaded my guess is it's corrupted if it's the original disk it could need cleaning then try it again if not then the disk is damaged in some way.
