This depends somewhat on what operating systems, but, generally speaking, you partition the drive into two or more parts, install an operating system on one, then install the other operating system on the second one.

I assume you mean you have Mac /Windows OS.
Firstly, it's a lot easier if you have a Mac with an Intel Processor. Then you can use Parallels Desktop for Mac.Mac programs on Windows are a little sketchy still in my opinion. Software does exist, but I'm not sure how expensive/difficult it is.
Or go the cheap way and Just hook up two different towers to one monitor.

just install them all for example in drive C: then when powering on the computer will apear a boot menu were it will ask you what windows you would like to use WinXP,98......you can even install the same windows a couple of times for example 2 Xp but on different partitions,as for 2 different windows you can safely install them in the same partition

Yes It is Possiable.
Change the root directory name.
Then you can install two different OS in single drive.
(That is Microsoft products Only)
