Okay so I like this guy..who's older. In the past week we've made eye contact twice..the first time i accidently smiled at him, the next time i was walking saw him, looked down then looked up and he was looking at me...both times he didnt smile he just stared and he just had his mouth open...what does this mean? why couldn't he have smiled?

he's just wan2know the territory. he like to familiar himself first and establish rapport... let him make the first move... if he smile at u then smile back, if he greets u along the way, greet back... this is one way of telling him... " hey, ask me out" or "make the first move"... then from there, it will be flowless...
