I am station here in korea i would like to meet a nice woman but do not speak the korean help and where are the best place to meet some one

You can`t ..., the only way ,is to come to New Zealand, most Koreans are here nowdays, well I think so, by the look of our Universities, and dwindling dog population.

Where are you stationed? It is impossible to answer without that information.
I doubt that you are stationed in Seoul; Otherwise, you would already know that there are many english-speaking Korean women hanging out in Itaewon and at JJ Mahoney's at the Hyatt. Other neighborhoods to try would be Hongdae and Sinchon areas for clubs/bars.
If you are looking to avoid the club scene, my advice would be to go to church. A foreigner church, like Seoul Union, is full of english speakers from every country.
But again, this is in Seoul.

From my experience in the south east Asia, women love to speak english. So if they know that they can converse with you, you have at least a foot in. Just go for it.

well you could casually say hi in korea which would be "ahn young ha saye yo" but a lot of people these days speak english and understand that you actually speak it too

Nah I don't think you have any chance...
We don't like people whom are only after nice women without any emotion at least I don't accept and considering you are just pure...
However the language doesn't matter even if we are ESL.

You don't expect a nice Korean lady to come-up to you and start talking. Even if she did, you don't understand anyway.
So start with learning the Korean language. Afetr you have acquired some communication skills in Korean, go out and have a look around you. If they don't start the conversation, you do.
