Why should you? Can't you allow her to believe what she believes in? She has spent a lifetime in developing her beliefs. When you have spent the same amount of time doing so, then perhaps you would be able to argue with her on an equal footing, but until the, let her believe what she wants.

It is her life afterall.

Why do you need to convince her?

To every one an answer.... though no ones answer can be the same as another's...........Yet, without one's question in all of life, then history remains undone......

Believing, is her story... it's history... and you cannot convince anyone of something other than what they have believed all along.... or have come to understand has profound faith....

I say, let her alone!!!! and love her no less!!!

First, accumulate 80 years of life experience more than her so that you can righteously say that you know more than her.

Get back to me when you're ready for step two.

Seriously, though, why would you want to alienate your great grandmother? You have so few years with her... just enjoy them.

If you are right it does not matter if she believes you or not, but if she is right, maybe she should be trying to convince you He does. Let her believe what she wants and show her love while you still have her.

. Yes, leave her to her OWN ideas. Plus you can NOT convince somebody of a 'Negative'. There is NO 'proof' that a god does NOT exist, even though it's unlikely. .

The question you should be asking is "How can I prove to myself that God DOESN'T exist?"

Your grandmother is blessed by the lord and saved from evil who try to turn her away. God bless her soul. I hope God has mercy on you.

Leave the poor woman to spend her last time on earth in peace. If she is a believer, the thought of a God eases her departure from this life.Respect her beliefs.

don't do that, shes been living with that belief all of her life, so why are you trying to convince her that shes been a fool all these years, she could get depressions or something.
