Hello. My friend is highly suicidal and says that when time comes, he will ingest all of these medications all at once! And though I have told his parents they don't seem to care...
He is 125 lbs, will this kill him? This is a true emergency, thanks!

yes that will end up killing him if you don't get him some kind of help. Maybe his parents don't seem to care because they don't think his suicide threats are real. You should give them this info..your friend needs help before its too late.

That would do it. It's always difficult to tell if it's an emergency or not, since there's a high likelihood he's just pulling your chain (which might explain his parents' attitude, if they've been through it before).
It would be good if this guy got help, but at the end of the day, it isn't your problem, and you should be careful not to get sucked in too far. If he does overdose, tricyclics are nasty and will require a lot of treatment (though "pumping the stomach" is not part of it for these or almost any other ingestions).

Though I can't tell you if that cocktail will do the trick, it sounds like you need to call in the experts! Just look up suicide prevention on whichever search engine you prefer, and you'll no doubt find tips on how to help and phone numbers to call. Most importantly though, is to talk to a trusted adult! If his parents don't care (do they not care, or has he threatened this before?) talk to your parents maybe. If he really is suicidal or even just doing it for the attention, he still needs help. Even if your confiding in adults makes him angry, his life is worth it. You didn't say how old your are....but at the mention of "parents" suggests you're both underage. I can't stress enough that you need to consult responsible adults on this! Don't just talk to your friend yourself or your friends, and think it will be alright. Though talking to him and being there shows you care, more importantly you need professionals in this matter...especially if he is already planning on what to use. Also, never underestimate the power of a simple hug and an "I love you".

Wow, it will take sometime for him to ingest all of those stated medications. Anyway, find a way to keep those medications away from your friend - that's the best thing you are supposed to do.
Supposing he wil be left alone to ingest all of those medications, all wil be more than enough to kill him.
His parents seem not to care? Then you do something to abort his suicidal plans.

Get to the ER and get his stomach pumped!
As for his parents, even if they truly don't care- why give them the satisfaction of him ruining his life? That would hurt HIM a lot more than it would hurt them.
Taking something away from yourself just to "get back" at someone is no revenge. It's stupid because you lose MORE.
Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

get some syrup of ipecac in case you're around if he does this.- it induce vomiting, then take to the er for a good stomach pumping, but first of all, LOCK up all his meds and dose your friend when its time for them, then they wont be readily available. get him some help NOW before you visit him in a funeral home.
