Hi it is French, it means literally well to be, but the correct translation is well-being,

bien = noun /adjective good, well
être= verb to be, being

In Spanish it is Bienestar

Despite what the native speaker says, that is wellness and not wellbeing, which by the way are sysnomims, but he did not even read his own reply since as he explains correctly that if bien is well and être is being ergo well being, despite stating the contrary.

French, it means wellness

edit: for those who wonder what the hell "bien" and "être" mean separately
bien=good, well
être= to be, being
=>mistakenly translated by the second person as 'well-being'
