Here it is my ex has contacted me again. This time through a blog of mine. I never told him I was on wordpress and that I was blogging and he went and commented on two of my blogs in such a way that I have to comment on them.
The Irony of the situation is, he has told me that he doesnt want any contact with me, and yet several months later he contacts me. Every blasted time that I feel him slipping away from me he goes and pops up. I didnt ask for this and I dont know why it continues to happen. He's even told his girlfriend that he wants nothing to do with me and yet he contacts me through my damn blogs and has me thinking about him all over again. What is a girl to do???

Its called catch and release mate, I have this same prob with a guy, it does my head in, just when you think your over the swine, he pops up and hey presto, your back to square 1. Me, I guess i just love him and have accepted this, ( SAD BUT TRUE ) get on with your life and when he decides to pop in, tell him things are wonderful and say OH HAVE I MISSED ANYTHING lol.......... play it casual, then he will think, Oh shes getting on with things and want you even more. Play his game, or tell him straight, GET THE BLOODY HELL OUTA MY LIFE. Good luck xx

I'll tell you what's a girl to do: Stop entertaining the foolishness!
He keeps doing it to you because you keep allowing him to do it to you.
Until you stop communicating with him, he will continue to "pop" up whenever he feels like aggravating you.
Girl, you deserve better, don't you think?
You don't have to respond to his comments on your blogs, no matter what he writes. Stop wasting your time and energy on a losing cause.
It's over. Accept that and move on. Once you make up in your mind to forget about him and all his game playing, then he'll get the message and leave you alone too.

He found you through your name, maybe you are a creature of habit. He felt compelled to respond, maybe you have mutual friends, I don't know. The bottom line is, if you want him out of your life, you will have to change your phone, change your blog, change the names to protect the innocent and guilty, do what you must to cover your tracks and "disappear".
I have a friend that comes in and out of my life and I would love to have him back in my life. Except that he gets hot and cold about it. So I leave him be. That saves my sanity.

Nothing is the best thing you can do, some people have trouble moving on with their lives. Take this as a compliment that you must have been that special that he cannot forget about you.

You are doing exactly what he wants you to do! As long as he keeps getting a reaction from you, he will continue to "pop" up. You need to get over it and move on!

DO NOT RESPOND, no matter what the situation is,do not give him the satisfaction of acknowledging his existence, if you want to be totally rid of him, do it, as long as you keep letting him back, no matter how small a way, he will keep coming back to mess with your head
