i heard that the fat that you sweat off is still on your body after a workout and unless you shower after it won't be as effective? what a bunch of bull i thought, but now im starting to wonder........

Taking a shower after a workout has nothing to do with fat loss.... absolutely nothing! Fatloss is a factor of your diet and exercise habits plain and simple. Do not listen to the idiots.... listen to your own logic!!!!!

That's not quite how that works. You don't sweat fat. You use more energy than you consume in calories, which causes your body to use fat as fuel. Sweat and showering doesn't enter into the equation.

But, showering after exercise is necessary to not stink.

I doubt the hoodie will make much of a difference, and it would suck doing all those workouts with a hoodie on. If you want to burn fat, do more cardio. To gain weight, you need more muscle so eat a lot of protein. Saunas are supposed to help you lose weight, but I don't know if they really work. I think you're supposed to use a sauna after the workout.

You dont sweat fat off ever. Showering or not does absolutely nothing for fat loss.

PLEASE SHOWER!! if you do not shower after you work out you will get an infection [down there] from the bacteria your body sweats out.. you will smell and you will stink and it is just nasty not to shower after a workout

Definitely a big NO. Worse of all it will damage your body system if you shower immediately after a work out. If you do not belief, try it out, in two year you tell me your problem.

I dont think thats true. BUT ALWAYS STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR WORKOUTS! If you want a really great way to lose fat....wear a lot of layers of clothing...warm clothing....and run on a trendmill. We did it in HSwrestling if we needed to shed a couple of pounds days before a meet. ANd the stretching appiles as well. ALWAYS STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER> it accelerates muscle growth. Which means LESS FAT! lol.

No but its necessary to lose body odor from a workout.
