My dog Arrow, will watch tv especially if a dog is in the show. he will ever look at my computer screen if I'm watch a movie.

Yes my Yorkie love to watch Animal Planet, and she also enjoys dog adverts too. She really focuses on the programmes when Animal Planet is on, sometimes when I call her if Im in the kitchen to see what she will do, she wont even break her focus. She loves reality shows too, its really weird. She makes herself so comfortable on my bed and just watches her programmes.

My dog does the same thing, He likes when there are other dogs on tv, He also loves watching animal planet..... Dogs are really smart i think they can sense that there are other animals on tv.

My dog watches TV, too.
He makes a funny whining/growling sound , and walks back and forth in front of the tv if there is any sort of animal on.
He perks his ears up and tilts his head when there are people hitting or shooting each other, and when there is alot of running.
When we watched "Babel", he kept barking whenever there were scenes in the desert.
Dogs are great, aren't they?

My dog likes to watch wrestling with me and my husband. I m guessing it is the bright colors. He doesn't even notice if a dog barks on TV though. He does growl at a motorcycle that one of the wrestler rides! Very funny!

My dog only pays attention to the TV based on animals noises, or farmiliar voice. She does like to sit on my lap and be pet when I'm watching TV

Hehe. My cat often sits at the computer to watch the mouse scroll over the screen!! I'm sure dogs see more than we know, and he's enjoying it just as much as you. Imagine when the dog barks on tv, what is he saying that your dog understands!!

I have 4 dogs, and the little Min-Pin is the one who likes to watch. The others don't usually pay much attention, but the Min-Pin will. She will turn her head from side to side when I watch any of the animal planet shows where there are alot of animal noises coming from the TV. It's too cute!!!!

Now and again he'll look at the TV just to see what I'm looking at but it doesnt really engage him.
If there's a dog programme he'll cock his ears if he hears barking and look at the TV but cannot work out where the noise is coming from.

Just my oldest schnauzer,the younger ones are too busy playing fight with each other.She is amazing,she can stare at the television for a long period of time. Of course,her choice of channel is Animal Planet...When the america's funiest pets is on,she just have a fun time barking and trying to catch the pets on TV.
