A word of caution buy new manifold studs and nuts. Get ready for a broken stud or two. Almost any good header will work and really free up the exhaust flow. dual exhausts and eliminating that crummy cross over pipe. See if Greedy has exhaust and headers for that old of a Z

it is a straight 6 inline , you will have to get them from a company that makes them like hooker, they might have a special kit you can get that has to be welded together once you assemble them on the vehicle, if you are lucky in finding hedders they will cost 2-300 ( two to three hundred) plus another 150 to put them on and have the exhaust welded ( better than clamps)i would check out baha racers magazines first, or call jegs, if anyone can get them im sure they can
