If the toxoplasma IgA antibody test showed 3 iu/ml, with normal values being <5iu/ml, what does it mean? I mean it is within normal values, but does the presence of teh antibody indicate some infection? IgG and IgM were both negative. How much would the IgA be after an infection, like after 1 month?

In testing there is a calibration curve and a range of values
Less than 5 in the calibration used means that there has not been any infection.

this is substantiated by your other negative tests.
IgM would also show whether you have been infected recently or in the past

If you had been infected recently your results would be abnormal

There is NO evidence that you have ever been infected

I agree with JohnB above. You have no signs of ever being exposed, past or present.
