To those who loves lies more than truth- truth is like a "splinter in their mind" driving them mad or sanity will restored it to normal functioning.
People who worship lies and deceit find the truth to be like the rays of the sun-blinding them! The shining shafts of light and truth strike where the marrow and sinew meet, and tears them asunder.
Isn't that right - those who are presently experiencing it. Saul of Tarsus was one good example literally blinded by the Light for persecuting Christ's Body (The Church)

So, What says you ?

Place a frog in boiling water and it will jump right out. Place a frog in cold water and slowly heat it up and it will cook without putting up a fight.

When we live in a world that has already made up our minds for us, we no longer see the "truth" as an objective result. We must be able to see "truth" through the mind of a child untainted by man and unblinded by the 'light of truth' as it is told to us.

People may be blinded by more than knowledge. People may be driven insane by the possibility that everything they hold to be true, is not. Others may be yet set free by the thought that everything is not known yet, but may be discovered when entering the mind of the Divine.

No one deliberately accepts a lie. But many people are unable or unwilling to discern truth, and prefer to believe in superstitious nonsense.
