so how fast does hair grow my hair seems to grow soo slow like a turtle....lol also if you have any idea about my first hair question please help

The average rate of growth for hair is about a half inch per month. Of course some people's hair grows faster and some slower.

hair grows a half inch a month, and your hair is made of protein so if you want it to grow longer red meat will help strenghthen it.
