im 125Lb 5'11 and am working out wit weights how much grams of proteins should i take in per day?

you should eat about half your weight in grams of protein so 62.5 grams. make sure you work out enough at least for 1 hr per day

you would want to ingest the minimum of 1 gram per pound of lean body mass or fat free mass.

here's an example:

150 lb athlete with 16% body fat

150 x .16 = 24

150 - 24 = 126

so 126 grams of protein daily

If you work up a sweat with your exercise, you could eat meat every day. If you don't or you cut back on the exercising , you are better off eating meat only 2-3 x's /wk. One pound of meat has about 1200-1400 calories in it.
