I hope you realize that is driver education 101, and something you should have learned if you ever rode a bicycle.
LEFT TURN - left arm straight out.
RIGHT TURN - left arm out, bent up 90 degrees at elbow.
SLOW/STOP - left arm out, bent down 90 degrees at elbow.
These are presuming driving on the right side of the road!

Stop is an open hand below the elbow, Left is straight out and right is up above the elbow.

Stop the car. Proceed to exit the vehicle. Follow by screaming to the other commuters where you want to go.

you hand should extend out the window in a downward position.
would be 7 o'clock on a clock face.

you stick your left arm out the window straight up for right turn,straight out for left turn and down for slow or stop
