Yes we are all members of the human family. If you want to know how it works, read the Holy Bible.

You found an old problem of creationism here, my friend. If Adam and Eve really were the only ones in the beginning they would had to have sex with their sons and daughters - which is pretty bad since Incest is a mortal sin. And then there is this little tidbit about Kain wandering away in shame but eventually he settles down in a little village and gets married - oops - where did these guys come from????
There are a lot of inconsistencies in the bible because its' content was written by mortal beings with mortal ulterior motives. Not only that - it was translated between different languages back and forth during the ages - it is old, very old, more than 1700 years away from us. Now what does that mean?
As an English into German translator I can tell you from my own experiences how easy it is to make mistakes. Try for yourself! Goto http://dict.leo.org and type the word "after" into the search field. Leo will come up with more than a 100 different german expressions just for this one word alone. If you do not understand the context of the text you want to translate you inadvertently will make the wrong choice. And I have the benefit to live in the same time period of my texts.
Now imagine: almost 2000 years of translation from aramaeic into hebrew and greek, from greek into latin and from latin back into hebrew and finally (good old Martin Luther) from latin into middle high german, into old english and so on. And I don't even want to mention the fact that the texts of the bible were written by different scribers who lived decades apart and who each had their own agendas.
Conclusion: The Bible is a great history of mankind which can teach us many lessons but it cannot be taken literally word for word. It is a work of men for men to teach us how we can live together and how we can't. That is no small thing.
That being said, yes, we are all related. If you are interested, read: "The Seven Daughters of Eve" by Bryan Sykes

Let me answer your question with another question... If Adam and Eve were the first people, then who were the people that Cain went to live with after he was marked by God?
If you see my point, then No we may not be all related to each other. The Caananites were a different people that existed before Adam and Eve... or at least created at the same time.

Yes, we are all related.
Acts 17:26 says;" And he(God) made out of one man every nation of men, to dwell upon the entire surface of the earth,..."
Since we're all related we should treat each other like we would treat our own sisters and brothers. With love and affection, freely forgiving one another. - Colossians 3:13,14

Seriously:
Act 17:26 And God hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Yeah...you're absolutely correct. We're all brothers and sisters in the eyes of the lord...but we're cousins, aunts, uncles, etc in the eyes of man.
