Ignorance isn't bliss... Ok- now I am Jewish, not Muslim, and even I find your question to show nothing but ignorance. Allah merely means God in Arabic. So God doesn't sya his name is Allah in the Torah- since the Torah is written in Hebrew, not Arabic. e also doesn't say his name is "God" since the Torah isn't written in English, or any of the oither words for God in any of the other lkanguages- because the Torah is written in hebrew, not the other languages...
So when a Muslim says "'Allah huAkbar" - he/she is saying "God is great". Something anyone from any religion can agree with, unless they object to Arabic for some odd reason...

I find this question somewhat a bit ignorant on your side. If you have any idea from where the word Allah comes from then you would know the answer. Try and find out where the word Allah comes from and where Moses was from.
And just in case you go to some Muslim and he tells you that Moses was a Muslim, he was not . Moses was Jewish. Hence the Hebrew language and the many other names that God has given him self long before allah in the Hebrew language . like Yahweh, Eloim ( Elohim - depending on who you ask ) , etc.

Well, how do you know He didn't tell Moses that his name is Allah? You should read a few book and get the fact straight before posting any question here.
