What would Satan have to offer, other than burning in hell?

it's not a question if they would not believe, but rather they COULD NOT believe:

"But though He had performed so many signs before them, yet they were not believing in Him.

This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet which he spoke: "LORD , WHO HAS BELIEVED OUR REPORT? AND TO WHOM HAS THE ARM OF THE LORD BEEN REVEALED?"

For this reason they could not believe, for Isaiah said again,

"HE HAS BLINDED THEIR EYES AND HE HARDENED THEIR HEART, SO THAT THEY WOULD NOT SEE WITH THEIR EYES AND PERCEIVE WITH THEIR HEART, AND BE CONVERTED AND I HEAL THEM."

John 12:37-40 nasb.

Forget the Burning hell part, But Satan offers a Life without rules, without responsibility. When people come to Learn that there is a God, and that he requires Obedience, then people come up with all kinds of excuses for not wanting to live up to them.
Adam & Eve felt the same way, if they could be like God, then they would be no need to listen to what the Creator said.

Are you talking about Satanist, or all those who are not Christians?

There are two different schools on Satanists. One is that they like the qualities of Satan but don't ascribe to any idea of there being a creator or any other deity. They are atheists at heart, or sometimes agnostics. But they do not follow Satan as the Christians view him.

There are theistic Satanist that do believe Satan is a deity. Again, the majority of these do not see Satan from a Christian perspective. Instead they believe that he got the raw end of the deal and it is the Christian G-d who is the lesser and evil one.

The Hollywood Satanists don't really exist. They are a rare bunch. Most of these get started because of what they see on TV, not because it is a real group.

the devils advocate is a sophisticated game of loss but just as the messiahs all throughout time have offered their lives willingly to appease the evil nature of man it does instruct and also takes the the wind of of their sails . Maybe if you look around you'll find the real burning hells of this earth before you die and cease to exist . For futher reference into the beginining of Satan go to the writings of the mesopotamia where they talk of the lizard people from another planet .
peace and no religion too.

From Anton LeVey's Satanic Bible:

1. Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence!

2. Satan represents vital existence instead of spiritual pipe dreams!

3. Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit!

4. Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates!

5. Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek!

6. Satan represents responsibility to the responsible instead of concern for psychic vampires!

7. Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-fours, who, because of his "divine spiritual and intellectual development," has become the most vicious animal of all!

8. Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification!

9. Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had, as He has kept it in business all these years!

Basically, Satanists (of this sort) reject biblical teachings. They are atheistic by nature, and use Satan, not as a figure for worship, but a symbol of this rejection.

The shoe is on the other foot. Why would someone want to follow your god instead of Satan? What would your god have to offer, other than a boring heaven full of bible-thumping evangelicals?

Some of us do not see it the way you do.

Satan creates all sort of entertainment in this world to seduce us to fall into their trap. While the path to God seem so hard and full of confusion. That's why some of us tend to follow Satan rather than God.

Well....I haven't been a Satan worshiper....which is different from the Church of Satan...

But I guess the people who practice things like black mass and other things of the sort think that if they worship the devil, and they doubt they will get into Heaven either way, they might as well get on the devil's good side and he might go easier on them.

Man lost fellowship with God since the Fall of Adam. Satan has that control over their lives. No belief, dead in their sins. God must intervene.

Satan is nothing but a scary Demon conjured up by the early Christians to instill fear into children and the newly converted Pagans...
Satan is the convenient Christian scape-goat to blame for everything that they do wrong or to put blame on other peoples wrong doings...
Satan does not exist, so be responsible for your own actions...
Blessed Be... )O(
