Once a Jew, always a Jew but you don't have to practice Judaism. Go ahead and convert you will just be a Jewish Islam person. Good Luck in your new faith.

You make Shahada. You can do it with an Imam, or sincerely to yourself. You say "Ash hadu anla illaha illallah. Wa ash hadu anna Mohammadan abduhu wa Rasuluhu". Which means "I affirm that there is one god Allah. I affirm that Mohammad is the prophet of Allah". Then you live your life by the 5 Pillars of Islam, which are :
Faith or belief in the Oneness of God and the finality of the prophet hood of Muhammad;
Establishment of the daily prayers;
Concern for and almsgiving to the needy;
Self-purification through fasting; and
The pilgrimage to Makkah for those who are able.
Once you make Shahada, you are Muslim. How you apply yourself to the 5 Pillars determines how good a Muslim you are in the eyes of Allah!

You can't- once a Jew, always halachicly a Jew. So convert to another religion and you face the punishment of Kares in the world to come. But hey- if you really are converting- why does tghis bother you at all?
More likely you are just a troll trying to get a rise out of people...
