nope they didn't get any penalties or fines. no probations no nothing. i've seen some drivers just come up to a driver and argue, no contact and they get in trouble but harvick and JPM were pushing each other in the middle of the track which i would think should be a automatic penalty

No, and why the hell should Montoya get in trouble for grabbing Harvick's helmet when Harvick grabbed Montoya's first?

No, nothing happened, but Montoya should have had his a** kicked for grabbing Harvick's helmet. Montoya is a trouble maker. Nearly every week he wrecks good drivers.

No, which is funny because like the other guy said, there's been drivers never touch each other and get fined.

But that is NASCAR for you these days, their biggest problem is thein inconsistancy in punishments.....b/c of their "judgement calls" pfft

Personally I don't think they should be fined...let them duke it out, it's better than taking it out on each other on the track, which is exactly what all the drivers do these days, and it's way more dangerous. NASCAR needs to get a grip.

I think something should have been done, but they didn't do a thing, I can't see how you can let 2 people push and shove each other and not do something, even if it was a little something, I just can't believe that those actions didn't warrent some type of penalty

no they didnt get in any trouble. a little emotion exchanged between drivers can make it exciting. They didnt get rough or out of hand. so it was harmless. Thanks nascar for not penalizing these drivers.
