why do they go to bad foods when they are celebrating their weight loss? I DON'T GET IT& NEVER WILL.
.. your body is thanking you (by shrinking and toning) for the right foods&exercise you have been giving it, then they shove junk down their throat and to their bodies...wth//???...

Most junk food is a craving and people give it up to look good not because they don't like it. When they are where they want to be the give in to the craving because a little work out to Burn the calories is nothing compared to what they've been doing. Also when people want to lose weight most of the time there main focus is eating right there for junk food is a reward as apposed to all the stuff you listed which for the most part could be some type of exercise and they can it while they are on a diet.

Because they are food addicts. Addiction to certain foods is no different than an addiction to drugs, alcohol, gambling, etc. I am an addict and I have learned there are some foods I can never eat again if I choose to keep my weight loss. We kid ourselves when we lose weight that we will never gain it back. At the time we believe it. Sugar is especially hard to give up. Most heavy people have extremely low self-esteem and we feel we don't deserve to be happy and healthy. Overeaters Anonymous (patterned after AA) has the most success in keeping the weight off. It believes addictions have to be acknowledged as diseases (personally I think of it as mental illnesses) and arrested by working on the illnesses spiritually, mentally, and physically.

I talked approximately the e-e book to be very informative and elementary to overview. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely in touch that i'm dropping too much weight, too rapidly. i will admit I even have not observed the consultant precisely. i'm now no longer sticking completely to the listed food and meal plans (although often) and doing little or no venture, although the load keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i could observed it precisely i've got faith it could scare the residing daylights out of me because of the reality of the quantity that i could lose. So thank you as quickly as greater for the be attentive to-how. i've got by no potential offered something like this till now than because of the reality they're usually crammed with trash, although 3WD has been a accepted-cost marvel. Get began at latest!

i think its because after all the healthy food and exercise and after the weight that the person have lost.. i think he/she feels that she has been losing weight, so it wouldnt hurt if they just have some junk food. at first it might be just a bite of a pizza. but the taste you havent been eating for weeks during dieting makes the person want to eat and eat till they finish the pizza. and after finishing a slice, the person might think.. o its okay if i have another slice...he/she might say to herself "o ill just exercise more this week." but then do you know how junkfood is addicting? cuz it tastes so good, and it something that you probably have been eating for the most part of your life.....after eating a slice today. the person might want to grab another slice the next day and the day after that.

Nothing wrong with treating yourself to your favorite foods SPARINGLY. A steak dinner here or there will not hurt. It's all about the average calorie intake over time. Of course, when one wants to have permanent weight loss, a lifestyle change is in order. But that doesn't mean one has to completely stay away from their favorite foods.

Why, I have no clue, but have you noticed the people who reward with unhealthy food are the people who fail at their diet?

I do this. I think that I just get cocky. Its not so much a reward as being like "yeah, im the sh!t so I can eat this gallon of ice cream."

cause they went so long without eating bad they should deserve to indulge. Know they know they can eat "cheat foods" once in a while, but only in moderation. They now know how to control their eating habits and can enjoy a small portion of chocloate ice cream once in a while. Let people live a little! : )
