In a way, I would say YES!! China has no regards to any safety as long as they can get away with it. This is not the first or second time China has violated the safety regulations when it comes to food products or toys. I bet you it would not be the last either.
Killing children??? I thought China is infamous for killing their own children a few years back where the milk formula was tainted. Many Chinese children died because of some evil and unscrupulous people trying to make some quick bucks on the expenses of the poor children.
Nowadays, I tried my best to avoid buying anything "Made in China".

Why did we kill Indian children when Proctor and Gamble sent faulty IUDs pulled from US markert?
China didn't out-source those jobs. Matel et al are responsible. The greedy bottom-line corporations you adore are to blame.

No China never did that. I am quite certain. The one who does the killings are terrorists, the ones who drop bombs on others, the ones who instigated wars, etc.
What about malfunctioned airplanes? Blame the pilots or blame the makers?

in what way? u dont mean the lead paint do u? the lead paint that our country used forever on toys, drinking mugs... cookie jars!!! mattel and other toy comps design team knew what was going on. and the amount of lead on toys is so small , if the toy was digested by a child, the child would be hurt from the actual product not the lead paint... if u want to know really whats going on i suggest... goint to FDA.com, there u will get a daily report on tons of products made here and elsewhere that has problems.

i dont know where are you living,although many of their people still in poverty,there are many problems in their county,but no county is the most rich powerful safe at the first,they will be fine,it's just a matter of time.
AND SOME COUNTRY DROPS BOMBS ONTO OTHER COUNTY WHICH KILLED AND KILLING MORE PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN.
