what is the best way to have photos in i now scrapebookin but im not good at it and takes to much time.....so what is an other way to make the pics stand out in my photo albums

Look into digital scrapbooking. You can setup your layouts on the computer and then print out the finished product.

The best way is to have great images that speak for themselves. I like plain albums as opposed to the fru fru ones, and black pages are classic looking.

Scrapbooking is fun, but it does take time and also takes over the dining room table! An alternative is digital scrapbooking. There are programs where you just pick a page and drop your image files in place. Of course, then you'd have to print them, and printer paper and ink is costly.

There are on-line places, such as www.blurb.com, www.bephotobooks.com, shutterfly, kodakgallery, and mpix, where you download software and build your book, then upload the book to them for printing. I did this at bephotobooks, and am very pleased with the result. That would be a little pricey to do it for everyday photos, though.

Also, many self-service kiosks in drug stores or retailers have borders and text that you can apply to the individual picture
