only you can tell us what its like being directly involved in the wars we have so tell us your experience. if you had to do it all over again would you still make the same choices to serve and do whatever you did to serve? you are in my prayers. get home soon and most definetly safe!

For the first month or so frightened. After that on constant edge. Always on the lookout but felt safer there than at home. At least I knew some one was trying to kill me. So I was always watchful. But would do it again.

I found it to be more fulfilling than anything I've done as a civilian.

Not only would I do it again, I am doing it again... I'm tired of listening to all the self-righteous complaining from people who aren't doing a damn thing about anything themselves.

I'm re-enlisting in two months as a Chaplain's Assistant.

on my side of the war it's been pretty boring. I'll come again if they tell me to, but I'd prefer a quicker optempo.

20 years of service, in Iraq from 2001-2003, gulf, and alot of others, lost the use of my right arm over there. yes, i would do it all over gain.
