Most researchers agree more women than men are seriously hurt in partner violence. Some
estimates of violence to women:
On average, three women a day are murdered in the USA by husbands or boyfriends.
31% of U.S. women report
being physically or sexually abused by a husband or boyfriend.
30% of Americans know a woman who was physically abused by her husband or boyfriend in the past year.
A national study of 222,653 students grade 6-12 found that 81% of girls and 76% of boys reported experiencing sexual harassment in school. (USA Weekend, September 8, 1996)

Outdated sex-crime laws leave military women at risk
Those reports underscore the Defense Department's own evidence of the mistreatment of women. According to its latest released figures from a 1995 survey of thousands of military women, 52% said they had been sexually harassed, with 6% reporting actual or attempted assault. The depth of the problem was dramatized in 1996, when a dozen Army instructors at Aberdeen, Md., were charged with committing sexual crimes against female trainees.

Oh wow I didn't know it was only XTIAN's who were sexually harassed...

Xtians in the US ARE NOT persecuted. Unless being the majority and screaming like angry, overtired toddlers until laws suit THEIR agendas is the 'new' definition of persecution.

*EDIT- If xtian women ARE being sexually harassed on a higher average, might it be because so many walk around in short skirts, breasts hanging out, over the top make up and over done hair, practically begging for the wrong type of attention? I'm sorry but the fact is I am often appalled by what I see women and especially young girls who identify as xtian doing to attract the attention of the WRONG type of men. (Or maybe xtian men don't know how to let a woman know she's beautiful? It seems there's the overmade up young girls, and then the bonnet wearing amish types. Never any moderation for you people...))

Excuse me, but your detail has nothing to do with your Questions. If Christians are being sexually persecuted and harassed in the USA, it is other Christians that are doing the dirty.

Because most dress whatever they want, and act whatever they want. They wear miniskirts, thongs, low-cut shirts, tight jeans that show off their butt, let their breasts pop out, etc. Basically, they are asking for it, but then cry when they get it. They wonder why they get sexually harassed, yet want the attention. It doesn't make sense. If these girls didn't try and divert so much attention towards themselves by the way they act and dress, then this wouldn't be such a big issue. If only they were more..modest.

Are you aware that the word "Christian" does not mean "American?"

Your title implies Christians are being targeted for sex assault. America is not the Christian continent of the world. It's a "multicultural continent." Many religions are practiced in the US and Canada. It's not an exclusively Christian place.
