No, KISS isn't really that good. Yeah they have good on stage theatrics, but their music is somewhat lame.

Vinnie Vincent, former guitarist for KISS, blew Van Halen off the stage at a nightclub in LA about 15 years ago. I guess that makes Eddie a "god-wanna-be". Hell, for that matter I would've blown Van Halen off the stage 15 years ago.
So much for the comparison between Eddie and God, I guess.
