I have a great and abiding peace since Jesus Christ revealed Himself to me over 36 years ago as the one who loved me and died on a cross for my sins. Sometimes I am troubled, but only like the waves on the surface of the water. Underneath there is a great settled calm.

Islam can't give peace of mind. She only fears dying the death of an infidel.
Read the paper, watch the news, they blow themselves up everyday over misunderstandings of their own scriptures.
Sorry ma'am but it's the truth. I've read and heard that Thousands are converting to Christianity daily and your Imams are not happy about it.
Seek the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Ask Him yourself to send real people to give you the answers you seek. Not people on the Internet.
He will send you those who will help you find true peace without the suffocating stench of religion.

possibly the reality that i in my opinion can not be attentive to each thing, and that the universe is maximum possibly to be way previous my innovations capacity as a man or woman to completely understand. That comes extra from my physics historical past than my loss of religion although, regardless of if my atheism contributes lots to that philosophy. as an occasion, take the reality that the capacity of a vaccum state of a Dirac field is non-0 (meaning that there is a few underlying capacity in no longer something). that must be something it rather is previous the human innovations to understand, so i'm happy with no longer understanding how that could rather be available and only be surprised by utilising the reality that i will even mathematically examine this undertaking. the reality that i'm thoroughly happy no longer understanding huge questions could provide me maximum peace of innovations while it incorporates questions like "what occurs after death?".

I think that religion brings a lot of hope into people's lives, and hope can bring peace of mind.

Religion doesn't bring peace of mind.
Doing Gods will 'DOES' bring peace of mind.
What you need to do is find out what God requires from mankind and then do it.
By studying the bible and altering your life to suit what it truly teaches , and praying to God for his help to do so is a start.

No.
Only the Spirit of Christ, when a person has sins forgiven, can bring peace - which is peace with God.

No. Only as long until you can see through their lies. And constantly watching the skies in fear for The Guy is not really peace of mind.

Yes, every day. It's reassuring to know God is there for me, and I have the promise of eternal life when this life is done.
