God has not decreed any rules about farting. No Scripture verse deals specifically with farting.
But, a more important issue looms here. It is sinful to have sex with someone who is not your spouse, even if that act is done in a confessional.
You did not specify whether the question pertained to an activity that you had participated in or that you were planning to participate in. So, I thought I'd provide a little pre-sin insight — just in case you were planning on having sex in a confessional with someone who is not your spouse.
