My mental health case manager came to visit me, & I ate breakfast but I hadn't eaten lunch yet. She popped up unexpectedly at my door. I was taking a nap. She asked me to come outside so she can make an appointment for me to see her next week. If she has her paperwork inside with her. Carries the book to my house, I don't see why she makes me go out in the 105 degree heat by her car, when she can set it up inside with cool air conditioning. It was so hot outside that I was getting weak & dizzy, & I felt like I was seeing stars. I was about to pass out, & she threatened to call 911 on me. I BEGGED her not to call them. All I needed to do was eat something. Why make me take an unnecessary hospital trip? & she thought I was refusing to eat because of my depression, which wasn't true. I eat every meal daily. & because I'm depressed, she thinks I'm at risk for self-harm when I'm not. & she falsely accused me of not taking my meds when I take them faithfully.

The case manager was making bogus comments. It was probably the heat that bothered you. And you were probably a little dehydrated to boot. You were fine to not go to the ER. You know your body and were able to fix the problem on your own. BTW I would consider complaining to the case workers boss. What she was saying to you was unprofessional and uncalled for.

slicing and pasting this from a scientific internet site the effects of distant places bodies inhaled or "swallowed" into the bronchi are admittedly variable, and it relatively is often the "non-opaque" or vegetable form which produces the main dramatic effects. even with the incontrovertible fact that authoritative opinion states that "if the stay of any distant places physique is prolonged to days, weeks, months, or longer, irreparable harm in simple terms approximately continually effects". Septic pneumonia, bronchiectasis, gangrene, lung abscess (with or without empyema) are between the outcomes to be envisioned short version? pass to the ER interior the morning or he will finally end up with bronchitis or pnemonia

Your case manager is fricken nuts, isn't she? She sounds like a drama queen.

Of course you didn't need to go to the ER; you just didn't need to be in 105 temp and you needed to eat lunch.

Does she have no blood so she can't feel hot and cold? She doesn't sound human to me Queen.

No you were fine...
It could be dehydration but it's most likely the meds.
A lot of Depression meds will have the dizzy side effect. Since you had just gotten up, you probably stood too fast and you wern't completely awake... your mind simply couldnt snap itself awake fast enough.. this happened to me alot when I had this condition.
But yes, do report this person... she needs to calm down.

Do you think you needed to go to the ER? Evidently not... But obviously you have something going on... Are you drinking enough water? Are you consuming enough food? If your depression has continued and you are taking medications then maybe you need to go see your doctor and see if he can't change them to something that is effective. Have they given you coping skills to use, other ways to spend your time than sleeping?

If a few minutes of 105 degree heat make you almost pass out, then something is wrong. You should see a doctor.

Next time, tell her you're eating and invite her to join you, if she declines, then ask her to wait. She should understand if she accusing you of not eating on purpose. Hey, and this way she could see you eat too. And maybe give you someone to eat w/. Eating alone isn't fun. I love to socialize when I eat. :)

You got way too many problems and not enough friends to listen. Honey, we don't care about this nonsense.
