The truth is nobody is good enough in God's eyes to get to Heaven unless you accept Jesus Christ and accept his free gift of salvation.

The Bible says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. None of us stand up to God's standards. We tend to think we are good people according to man's standards.

For those who don't believe, please go to this website and take the "Are you a good person" test...I think you'll find it enlightening.

No. No one is good - but God alone.

...but by God's amazing grace through faith in His Son has righteousness been imputed to me...even me!

"This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief." -1 Timothy 1:15

So, if I can be saved...and even the "chief" of sinners can be saved, then NO one is beyond the reach of God's grace!

What an amazing truth!

Who would dare refuse so great a salvation...?

...only the blind and deaf, who have eyes and ears but cannot see and cannot hear.

May our Lord open the eyes and ears of all who read!

Grace and peace in Christ!

By the standards of that website you should probably block me.

Of course, Mr Cameron is guilty of bearing False Witness against an ADF (Druid) Grove. First he went to a ritual for the sole purpose of recording it without getting permission first from the members. When confronted by the members, he lied about the recording being made. Then he misrepresented the beliefs of the membership.

Not someone whose site I would rate as credible I'm afraid.

Why did they say they weren't going to use the bible in the intro and then they said the following ...

" ... the Bible warns that idolators will not inherit the kingdom of heaven."

"... the Bible says, "God will not hold him guiltless who takes the name of the Lord in vain."

"... the Bible says that adulterers ... will not enter the kingdom of heaven."

This site actually broke the commandment dealing with not lying. I guess they are not going to heaven.

Why are they judging? I thought that was God's job?

All this sounds like fear tactics to me ... I am going to go out on a limb ...

you are a republican extremist and ...

you are a 30 year old virgin ...

and still live at home with mom.

Good luck with your guilt.

Nope....God's grace and Jesus blood sacrifice for me "make" me worthy. I, by myself, though I am for the most part a "good person", still do NOT in my own right deserve Heaven at all. I have sinned, I am flawed, I am not perfect and I KNOW I deserve eternal damnation in The Lake Of Fire...but for Jesus Christ...that is where I would spend eternity.

If Jesus died for all of our sins, how many are left to pay for?
If Adam and Eve where the first people, does that make incest OK?
If Jesus was raised a jew, and jews don't believe in Hell, and in some versions of the bible Jesus spent three days in hell before his ressurection to lock the gates forever, how can we still manage to get in wether there is no such a place or it has been closed to us?

I am scared for you that you have been trained to believe that you are a bad person unless you do everything that your church tells you. You are a good person and you are capable of knowing the difference between right and wrong. You will mess up, of course, but you can be incharge of your own life and can do a good job at it if you want.

I do think I am but not of myself. I wouldn't be who I am today without Jesus Christ and His Atonement. I am good enough, I hope, to get into "heaven" but only because of Christ.

I'm a good person that doesn't happen to believe in Jesus Christ. What about the bad people who believe in Jesus Christ?

There are none who are "good" except God.

Jesus covers believers with his righteousness, When God looks at the believer, He sees The Righteousness of Jesus. Thus we are accepted in the beloved son of God. Praise God! Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

Thanks for the "question"
