In the bible, it is so obviously clear that women are so much inferior to men. Whether it's in the OT or NT doesn't matter, the fact still remains that your "all-loving" God is a SEXIST! After all, isn't the God in the OT the same God as in the NT? There's no way that you Christians would be able to justify this fact! There's just so much sexism in the bible it's ridiculous!
Now you Christians would say that I'm talking out of thin air and refuse to accept this fact. You would ask me to provide you the verses. First of all, if you're a real Christian, you should've read all those verses by now, why need I provide them for you? But just so you won't use this excuse I'll provide you the page link which has the whole list. It would simply be too long for me to post.
http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/women/long.html
If you've read through this whole list and still think differently, you seriously got some issues with your mentality.

Most of the verses are actually God Himself approving and setting those sexist laws

lol, what cherry picking! "Man is the head of the family", there would be no problem if that was all there was

Never forget for one moment that the Bible was inspired by a belief in God, but it was written by *man*. What you are arguing about is merely a reflection of the morals of an ancient society. That is how things operated in that particular culture at that particular point in time. It is what it is.

God's first human creation was neither male nor female. Then He didn't separate man into two halves for His own entertainment but for man himself.
Considering that the only reason for two sexes, is for life on this earth. Beyond this life, there's no such thing. So, it also stands to reason God Himself is neither male nor female.
Your very language supports one being submissive to the other. Note: Male and Fe-male. Better yet: Man and Wo-man. Since you use those terms, you also are sexist.
Now, in Biblical times, take note there was no indoor plumbing, no electricity, no cars or radios. Certainly there were no dish washers or clothes dryers. It was all basic, down to earth existence.
So, number one, how could you possibly understand the rituals and habits of that time. Number two: if you look a little closer, you'll note that it's the female that is protected and honored, not the male.
Traditionally, it was the male that stood between the female and the outer influences, while she had babies and tended to them. It's a little hard to handle both jobs (remember, no dish washers). Should she let the babies go unbathed and hungry while she ran out and tended to government? or better yet, war?
You see, the real problem with this attitude of 'sexism' is a spoiled and lazy generation that really has no idea what it is to live without modern day comforts.
You grow or hunt everything you eat, dig your own crap hole, build your own home with your own two hands, make all your own clothes, walk instead of driving, sheer the sheep, build a fire for dinner a couple times a day, guard your home at night, give birth and nurse a baby, and tell me you wouldn't find a way to divide the chores.

I'm not a chrisitian, but from a church history perspective, Jvh...translated later as yahweh was not a solitary god. "Thou shalt have no othe gods BEFORE me" implies Jvh is supposed to be #1 god in and among all of them. The hebrews were originally polytheistic. Jvh was one of their war gods. The hebrew nation historically was a male dominated society. They were a patriarchal and warlike tribe that grew to power following Jvh and eventually decided he was a jealous god and did away with the other gods. They used to worship male and female gods at one time, such as Shabbat who became the holy day but is still called Queen Shabbat even today at times which is kindof confusing when referring to a sabbat day (or at least evidence suggests this. It's hard to prove) Shabbat still exists among some traditional jews, but not as a goddess, again it is the holy sabath now...not a queen.
It's no wonder a patriarchal society would produce a patriarchal religion. That's just how it works. Not that it is right or wrong. That's just how it is.

Do you know what you're getting yourself into with this question? Our God is certainly not sexist. You may be, but He's not. I'm sorry you believe so strongly in something that isn't true. I have so many accusations against you I couldn't post them. I really hope you'll consider your question, and not follow your instinct because they are often wrong. Thank you, I have no mental problem.

Men and women should be equal but not the same - that is what God teaches. Men should be equal to women but men shouldn't act like women and vice versa...
I personally think Heavenly Father saved the best creation for last (Eve).
God loves His daughters very very much. He counts their tears.

you are taking things out of context. I don't care what SAB says.
Roles are defined in marriage, church, society. Yes. inferiority is not God's plan or intention. role differentiation is.
men don't nurse babies, women are equipped for it.
men are equipped for other things.
in my church, we treat women with respect and honor. women submit to their husbands, husbands submit to their wives. we strive for the benefit of the other. we suffer to aid the other, we live to honor God.
Galatians 3:26-29 clearly says that there is NO distinction in value or honor between male and female.
God is not sexist, and you are making a false argument. I don't know whether it is from malice or ignorance; but you are wrong and do NOT know what you are talking about.

The fact that The Judaic-Christian-Islamic God is male shows it all comes from a male dominated society.
