I don't get it. you sat he's your bf( he doesn't ask you out on a date. Then he's not your bf) What is going on,why don't you just ask him out on a date.? You both sound to young.

my guess is he was probably just to nervous to ask you, or maybe he liked you before and didn't know if you liked him until you asked him.
